My husband and I were thinking that maybe within the next year or two we would be getting a new roof. It had been a few years since our roof was last worked on and I think that the roofers had mentioned that they could not put on another layer on top of this one. So we would have to have the old torn out and a new one put on. However, mother nature decided that we needed a new roof as soon as possible. We had a really horrible wind storm make its way through and well, several of our shingles came off. We looked into a marietta roofing company to come on out and take a look at it. They said that they could try to fix, but felt that it would just be a smarter thing to just get it replaced especially since there were other shingles that were coming loose. So we ended up doing that.
